Buzzzz, look in your Control Panel. Do you have "Security Center" and/or "Windows Security Center" listed? "Windows Security Center" is a fake!
Try the stuff recommended by Jr, but if you still have problems then I'd suggest you try one of the Tech forums who can take you through a clean-up process stage by stage.
